Delivery & Returns
Free delivery is offered on all UK orders. Next day delivery is available for a fee of £5, or, is offered free on orders over £50 (orders must be placed before 12pm).

We will normally dispatch your order the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 12pm.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail with a shipping time of 3-5 working days.
All items from our brands are packed in their own branded packaging.

If you would prefer, you can choose to collect your order from the Inspired by Brufords store.
Open Mon-Sun 9am – 5.30pm
You must bring photographic identification with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), along with proof of address.
We will let you know when the order is ready to collect via email.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Inspired by Brufords you can return the unworn goods within 28 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund. When returning goods the item/s needs to be in their original and unused condition accompanied by the gift box, diamond certificate (where appropriate) and a copy of the original purchase receipt. Earrings can only be returned when the sealed packaging has not been opened. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
We can only accept the return/exchange of items bought online at www.inspiredbybrufords.com. For items bought in store please return to the store in The Arndale Centre, Eastbourne with the original receipt.
For your own benefit, when returning an item/s direct to Inspired by Brufords, we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.

We do not credit back the return postage cost.
In the case of an exchange of size we will send the jewellery out again to you at no additional cost. For an exchange of product we will charge you postage + packaging since we have to create a new order for you. Where the item is less expensive we will refund the difference. Where an item is more expensive, please include a cheque for the difference.
You are responsible for returning the item back to us. We do not accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us so we do advise you get proof of postage and we would recommend you send the item using a ‘signed for’ delivery method.
Do not get rings engraved until you are sure that they fit. We do not give refunds for rings that have been engraved. This also applies to the rings we have engraved for you.
